We are a professional organization of academic and academic-adjacent creatives and makers dedicated to furthering creative-critical practice in the humanities.
Why do we ask you to fill in a form?
We ask potential Guild members to fill in the form so that we can make sure that our community is made up of interested members, and to avoid bots.
What do you mean by affiliation?
Your affiliation can refer to a university or other higher education or, for example, a society of crafters or artists. We welcome graduate students, early career researchers, independent scholars, established academics, professional craftspeople and artists, and those who work in professions adjacent to academia (for example, libraries and archives, and arts and heritage organisations).
What happens after I submit the form?
We periodically review form submissions and add eligible submissions to our mailing list (in due course, you will receive a welcome email, and then will receive updates on our upcoming events).
